I deem this a great privilege to be given the opportunity to say regarding the importance of proper training for the young personnel aspiring to become modern industry worthy or self employed.
By profession I deal with engineering sciences for production, bulk material handling, maintenance, quality assurance and other related subjects. Everywhere I have observed the importance and scarcity of trained craftsman.
With the advancement of technology, productivity, equipment availability & quality have increased and at the same time equipment down time, mean repair time (MTTR) has reduced. All these indicate the increasing requirement of excellent craftsmen in India and abroad.
After successful training in this institution, trainees will be able to work in public sector and private sector organizations as semi-skilled craftsmen and subsequently develop themselves as skilled craftsmen and supervisors with simultaneous path ways for further learning.
This Institution posseses necessary and sufficient infrastructural, educational training facilities, equipments’ and instruments as per guide lines of the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), Govt. of India. Faculty consists of highly skilled, educated and experienced Instructors and teachers who are capable of imparting knowledge and provide practical training to reach perfection.
In this Institute we are committed to produce craftsmen with world class excellence and perfection through well disciplined and quality teaching with appropriate and rigorous practical training.
